Standard hourly rate for most services is $100/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Rush fees may apply for expedited work.

Business Formation Services:

• LLC Formation (U.S., continental): $199
  Includes document prep, electronic filing, EIN application, and DUNS number setup
• Registered Agent Service (North Carolina only): $99/year
